Smses are being charged despite of free sms service on

This is Nilesh Rane. I have recharged with a sms offer of 500sms/day for 1 month for 67 rupees on 25th Feb. but i am being charged for my sms from 8th March, when its only 13 days completed and i am well within the limit of 500 sms/day. COnstumer care agent says the offer is still active and no money will be deducted and the deducted amount will be refunded. But nothing happening. Please look into the matter ASAP.
