Unable to activate 3g

Sir/Madam...

Airtel service has been so pathetic nowadays... Till now 3G is not activated for my airtel number (9952531889). I have been trying to activate 3G for more than a month, but still unsuccessful I complaint to cc several times. They are telling it will be activated in another 4hrs every time!!! (30 days have gone since i made my first request)) but no use... Now am planning to move to other network if the issue was not solved in another week...

Calls to 198 for me is blocked...
