RECHARGE AMOUNT LOST

NUMBER DELETED, RECHARGE AMOUNT LOST

I had purchased airtel 3G dongle with 3g sim card for Rs. 999 from Mobile Store, Colaba. The number is 7738276997.

After using it for 1 month, I recharged the card with Rs. 750 on 12/12 for 3G internet.

After 2 days of Recharge, my prepaid number was deleted from airtel database. I went to Lower Parel Lobby quite a few times, but to no avail. I was given a new sim card saying that the number will be activated on this new sim card and I will get Rs. 750 recharge back.

But nothing happened. I sent complains on 121 but nothing.
