Rs. 33 SMS Pack

Myself Debi Prasad Bhattacharya, have been using Airtel prepaid since Dec '09. I have recharged my mobile 9612927948 on 01.03.2010 with Rs. 33, which is supposed to be the "free sms pack".

But my experience was like this:

1. That pack was NOT activated.

2. I called 5 times in the customer care, they have said the same words "your problems will be resolved within next day 5pm" but it was NOT resolved.

3. I did NOT get any money back and moreover, due to the mischeivous customer care people, some extra packs were installed in my mobile.

4. Now, when I am trying for 33 recharge, it is not happening.

I want to know just one thing. Is it a right behaviour to a dedicated customer? You please go through HOW MUCH i recharged for during last 4 months and so, but i am getting these results.

If you can, please answer my question.
