Wrong deduction from balance

Airtel has been debiting wrongfully from my account. more than Rs. 40 were deducted in the span of 24 hours for those VAS i didn't subscribe to (eg- Mirchi radio). I called up the customer care so many times, but still the debiting didn't stop, and no refund has been provided.
