Mobile Tv Issue

This is my second complaint against AirTel for the same issue that is Mobile Tv!

Last month when I filed a complaint, I appreciate that it was solved in few days! But Again the same issue has started, I'm every week getting charged RS 40 for Mobile Tv, Nor I have used it, Nor I can use it as I have A Blackberry, Nor I have subscribed to it!

I want an answer from Airtel that from last 5 weeks ive been totally charged Rs 200! I want the reason! Why Airtel?

I hope I get a reply from Airtel's Side!
