Dear sir,

My moblie number is 9898272680 (Near Thaltej cross road, Thaltej, Ahmedabad). I am using your gprs services since last six months but am not satisfied with your services. From last two weeks I had been complaining now and then on your complain number 198. My latest complain no is " CMOUD31218472577 " made on 18-12. But till today it has not beed solved. I fail to know why company like yours is taking too much time in resolving minor problems. Kindly look into the matter and see that my problem is been solved at the earliest.

Kindly send me confirmation of this mail as well as action taken for that.
