I applied for port out from Airtel on 8th April.on 9th april i got call from Airtel requesting me to continue in their network. They did not follow TRAI guidelines regarding MNP. They sent an SMS on 20.04.11 but did not mention the reason for rejection. After trying alot on 25.04.11 i could find the reason for rejection.when i sent a message for UPC on 26.04.11, i did not get the code but balance was deducted from my account. There is no action on this issue even after 24Hrs of giving complaint. This is Airtel is cheating the customers throughout the country. To my surprise, i don't know how they are claiming themselves as no.1 network in india (may be in cheating). I request all the Airtel customers to come out of the network.
