I am an Airtel customer having no-8658664803, i have recharged my account wid powerplus Rs 76/- on 10 dec but on 13 of dec my plan automatically change to normal plan and amount deducted as old plan (0.60 per minute) again on 14 dec it reverted and call rates deductd as per FRC Rs 76/- .
BUT WHO WILL PAY THE EXTRA AMOUNT DEDUCTED, I rang up to Airtel Customer Care 10 times but they disconnect my phone saying that they have no information, after then i am unable to call to customer care also.
