GPRS not active, Charges for download of games

Hi,

I have Airtel number 9901911700. During last month (may) GPRS was not active on my number. On 13May I was charged Rs50 for some java game download. How would it be possible when my GPRS connection is not enabled. I have complained the customer care and there has been no response or reversal of money debited.

Please revert the charges and

also I have registered for DND, yet I receive SMSs from HYPERCITY, MISCROSOFT-OEM, LOANS etc which are from 58888. Please look into this and rectify ASAP.
