Airtel Not porting out the number to Docomo

Hello

I had requested for an MNP from Airtel to Docomo (Mob:9980755562). The first time it was rejected stating incorrect porting code. The second time it was rejected stating " Rejected by Donor" without any reason.

I have registered a complaint with Airtel, but till date no one has called me. When I call their customer care, they say they do not have the details. Whom should i approach now?
