User service activated

Sir,

I am using Airtel prepaid mobile connection (7259803627). I accidentally activated two services on my phone (some Ghar aaye jyotish alert and Bollywood MMS alert). I have been trying to deactivate these services for the last two months. When I sent STOP to 121 as given on airtel website, they replied dnd is not activated for these services. When I tried registering for dnd i never got any proper response.

So I request you to please deregister all value added services for my phone number 7259803627.
