Plan Change and balance deduction

Without any intimation the plan has been changed from 150 free sms per day to 100 free sos per day, and according to the previous plan after the 150 free sms per day it was it charges 10paisa per sms and now after 100 sms its charging 1 rupee per sms. in the similar way i hav been deducted 18 rupees. After all these if i try to complain to the customer care they have blocked the calls to customer care without intimation and any reasons. This is my number 9632940995.
