Deactivating cricket alert and activating DND

Dear Concern,

I am feeling very irritated and annoyed with Airtel service.

I have tried deactivating cricket alerts number of times & got response from ur side stating the same cannot be done, unless DND is activated.

After sending messages for activation of DND, still i received messages stating i have not registered for DND, hence unable to deactivate.

I'm loosing 5 rupee's per day, this is happening since past two weeks. This a monetary loss for me, kindly deactivate the cricket alerts immediately. If not, there won't be any hesitation from my side for change in network.
