INCOMING CALLS BARRED

My mobile number 7760588283.Recently i lost my sim and i requested airtel to block it. I now got a duplicate sim and when i called customer care to unblock it, they gave 2 codes which are not working. i can't even call the executives now. when i call to 121 its not connecting to customer executive.
