Cheated by deducting money with out any usage

I recieved a message to download wallpapers along with the link attached to it.

I just read the message and deleted it. I recieved one more stating thanks for downloading wallpapers and 30 Rs/- has been deducted.

I thing "Airtel" started cheating people for money. Begging is better than cheating.
