Non activiation of duplicate sim

Two days earlier my sim of airtel bearing no 9896344343 is showing sim card registration fail. On 29/11 morning 10.15 i have beeen issued a duplicate sim from Sansar Telicom Yamunanagar Franchise of Air tel Bharti still it pending for activiation.my complaint no is 34788208 and 34788334.Now after 24 hours Executive of Yamunanagar askeing me to return back our sim card and u can take sim anywhere else.

I am working with sbilife and suffer a huge problem as these are the closing dates of the month and I am not able to connect any one. Kindly do the need ful asap.
