Misdirected by customer care

On 02 mar 11 at around 1730hrs, i have given a call to customer care, asking about full talk time, chap replyed that u ll get full talk time on RS 220 recharge, when i hav done my recharge on the above amt i hav got a talk value of 199, then i rang up customer care again he said that was a mistake on there part they accepted the mistake by there executive and did nothing thereafter.
