Sales Executive Fraudulently Taking Money From Customers

Hi,
I applied for a new Broadband connection on 15th July 11. I was being told that the advance amount would be Rs.1000/- which I paid.
The executive told me that the line will be activated in two weeks from the
date I paid the amount.
But when I called the customer care two days back the executive "Asha" told me that installation & activation will be done by 27th, but nothing happened.
When I called the customer care again on. 28th July'11 another executive told me that your application is rejected & the connection cannot be provided in my locality due to some technical reasons.
And again when I called the customer care representatives (called on 0804444121) named "ASHA", "HEMA", "SARITA" & one more guy are telling me that you can't get the connection due to some technical reasons.
I am fine, if I don't get the connection but the excuse what they are telling is that in order to meet the sales target the sales executive "SANTHOSH" must not have informed you about the technical issues, this excuse is not at all acceptable and adding to the misery the last person whom I had a talk with disconnected my call in between.
264327 is the customer enrollment form no which has been given to me.
I just wanted to know, why the same has not been communicated to me by the executive???
The executive who approached me for the new connection is not responding to my calls now.

After sending this mail to "121@in.airtel.com" daily I am receiving emails daily from different-2 Customer Care people namely "Sundaramoorthy V", "Satish. E", "Preethi Mary J", "Vijaya Sarathy", "Mythily R", "Kruthika. S.Volety", "Irshad.p", "Madhan Raj" but nobody is ready to help me out & take me out of this mess instead asking me to explain my problem every time to them which is highly unacceptable & frustrating.
I think people in Bharti Airtel does not understand English that is why unable to understand my issue also.
I need an immediate response on this & WANT MY MONEY & MY ID PROOFS BACK WITHIN A WEEK'S TIME.
