Poor Service, Insensitive Officials

Airtel Broadband has a very poor service in Bangalore. They cheat people and don't offer any service. I wasn't even provided with the telephone set at the time of installation and after contacting them no. of times too they didn't do anything concrete. I contacted their Nodal centre and Appelate Authority too but nothing happened.

I have decided to take it to the court and will fight it unless they understand the value and power of a consumer. I will take my compensation and will ensure that a few of their officials are fired.
