I am a registered user for my number 9997376999 and on a CUG with 9897004701. I am facing network coverage trouble with the number on my residential address in Roorkee as well as in Saharanpur for the past 8 months now!
I have lodged complaints with the customer care airtel approx 10 times with no fruitful results. The reply as furnished by the rep of AIRTEL, seems to be same for all of them.
No action has been taken against the service requests by me (starting from 8 may 09).
I want a discount on all the dropped calls on my numbers. I just cant pay my money for no network coverage.please direct the airtel india limited to remit the amount for the NO network coverage in the area.
