Cut money on gprs service

Sir, I just started gprs service with 100 free at day time & 2 GB at night .when i started service that time i notedown previous net used detail that was 9.78 GB and now it is 10.11 GB but now when i an going to acces gprs there make deduction from my account although i already payed
