I am facing very poor response from Airtel, I had raised an compliant with Airtel stating that I am not able to make a payment through Airtel.in in Self care 2 months back.

They are telling that my account number has been changed as per their policy for corporate customers which i am not aware of this and my recent payments also not reflecting under the same. When ever i am calling them they are saying due to your account number change we need to add the new account number in self care to make effect.

Also the executives closing the tickets without my acknowledgment and they never bother about whether the issue has been resolved or not. So they are opening a new ticket on once in a week and the expected resolution date will get automatically extends but it never fixed yet.

I am really fractured with Airtel customer care and their response to the customers.
