Inconvenience due to mobile service

I had sent the below mail to airtel official mail ID (121@airtel.in - which was given by the airtel employee in vijayawada - andhra pradesh) on 7/01 at 1.00 pm but they havenot responded. please help me in this regards...

MY NAME IS MR LAKSHMANA REDDY . B. I AM USING AIRTEL PREPAID NUMBER

OF 9550492492. I HAD TAKEN THIS NUMBER ON 04/11. FROM A LOCAL

MOBILE SALES DEALER BY NAME MASTERS IN VIJAYAWADA - ANDHRA PRADESH.

TODAY MORNING AT AROUND 9. 0 CLOCK MY PHONE NUMBER IS NOT WORKING. IT

IS BEEN DISPLAYING AS SIM REGISTRATION FAILED . TO DAY MORNING AT

11.30 AM I WENT TO AIRTEL OFFICE (M.G. ROAD, VIIJAYAWADA - 10).

THEY SAID THAT IN VERIFICATION IT WAS GIVEN THAT YOU WERE NOT LIVING

IN THE ADRESS PROOF PROVIDED FOR TAKING SIM CARD. THAT IS WHY IT HAS

BEEN DEACTIVATED . IT CAN NOT BE ACTIVATED.

I HAD GIVEN MY RATION CARD AS ADDRESS PROFF.

MY RESEDENTIAL ADDRESS IS

B.Lakshmana reddy - S/o SUBBA REDDY.

D.NO 12-595, P.S.Nagar, tadepalli (post & mandal) GUNTUR District - 522501.

in my ration card the same adress is correctly printed. I am living in

the same adress from padt 24 years. there is no chance that either me

or my family members would say mr lakshmana reddy .b is not in the

address.

The main problem now is i had given the same number as my contact

number while i am filing VISA application for UNITED KINGDOM

recently. so they may call to the above number at any time. if i may

not able to pick the call i will loose one academic year ..

so here i am requesting you to please activate the above mobile number

- i am ready to provide the required documents for the airtel office

in vijayawada. sir please understand my situation and consider my

request... sir please do the needful. & reply to this mail id..
