Refusal to give information

I called 121 thrice asking for details.

The first time i'm given wrong information.

The second time i get hung up on.

The third time the supervisor comes on line and says he cannot give out information.

I have a prepaid and all i need to do is get it converted to a postpaid but they just dont care b'coz i guess they have too many customers and they dont care about their corporate customers.
