Deduction of prepaid ballance without notice

I gaurav kashyap am prepaid subscriber of airtel. my pre paid number is 9805199871. I was charged Rs 30 without any notice and was subscribed to some "subwapactress30 subscription. On informing the office the service was deactivated but money was not returned.
