Sir iwent to paras sanchi point to day for recharging my mobile no09993233014.errously the shopkeeper inserted rs50/ voucher in my mobile.when iasked to shopkeeper for balnce he told mew that this is the the sms voucher and not topup. iimmeditetly called your customer care peron rohitkumar on mobil no of ythe shop keeper 9893604101.he did not listened my complain and misbehave with me on phone and shut down mobile .sir, this is unfortunate that this type of mistake done by the shopkeeper and their no remedy from your side.iam a old 55 year peron and even idonot know the sms. the mobile is only telephone for me for talking pupose.kndly reverse the rs 50/ smsplan to talking faicility.thankyou v.k jain 11/12 shalimar enclave e-3 arera colony bhopal ph 09993233014 tr id 1621314649
