Change of Post Paid Connection to Pre Paid connection

On 24-Mar at 1100 hrs, when I checked my Mobile it displayed a message INACTIVE SIM. Assuming that I the SIM might have got dislocated I tried refixing the sim again and again. At 1300 hrs, I called up customer care to register the complain. Here I was informed that my SIM was deactivated because my plan was changed from POST Paid to PRE paid. I was shocked and asked the lady to transfer my call to escalation team. Here the escalation officer informed me that my sim card got blocked because of some technical issue and would take 24 hrs to fix it. Since I do not have any other source of contact, I want my service to be restarted immediately within half hour or pay me a compensation of Rs 1000 for every hour of delay in providing the services.
