Alance issue

I activated my message balance (rs. 63) on 24th march according to which i should be getting daily 500 messages free of charge uptil 1 month i.e, til 24th april. But on 31st march and also from 9th april airtel is charging me for the messages i have been sending. talking to a customer care was of no use. the balance that has been deducted for the messages should be refunded.
