False promises & poor customer care

I received a mail from Airtel, that i will be getting 30 free SMS for 3 months from effective 5 May which will reflect in my next invoice dated 7 June. When i received the bill there was no discount added to it, after calling to customer care they said that it will be effective from next month. Then he put me on hold to check & suddenly after 5 mins disconnected my call.
This is the kind of false promises AIRTEL gives it to his customers, highly unprofessional. I suggest HUTCH & IDEA are far better service providers.
My advice is to all you people not to take AIRTEL connection in future.
