Sir/Mam,
On the 09th of March i had plcaed a request with your call centre (31310784&31310691) regarding changing my bill plan to your freedom plan and actvating the Unlimited SMS pack for both my nuumbers (9840890072, 9600004544). Your executive confirmed to me that she was taking the requests for subsequnet change of plan.
However on recipt of the bills i had got an amount quite high and dispropotionate to my usage. Onmy enquiry with your call centre and after several call transfers my call wastransfered to one Assistant manager by name Mr. Arun Prakash.
He informed me that my request for the freedom plan and unlimited SMS was executed and reversed as both the plans could not be clubbed.
He also told me that though i was on the freedom plan all my SMS's were being charged as there was no topping opted for.
This is simply outrageous as you first commit something that is wrong and then reverse it on your own without intimating the customer as to what you want.
My numbers have been charged on all sms's sent.
I Iimmediately wanted a reversal to the older planor be given what was promised to me.
Mr Arun Prakash (9840153942) promised to give me what was commited as ibelonged to a CUG which belongs to my old employer. This conversation happenedin the morrning.
By the time i reached office i got a confirmation call on the activation of freedom planbut not the SMS pack.
I thenwent to you Beasant nagar show room and met Mr. Nithyananda and he helped me get a better plan from what ihad.
I however have been charged for all my SMS's in my previous plan and want the same to be reversed as its not my fault.
I had subsequently called and checked on the status of my charges reversal for which the Call centre executive erroneously changed the bill paln instead of reversal.
Though that mistake has been rectified the reversal as such has not happened.
Kindly note the call centre executive had had commited to the change of plan and had reversed the same without notifying me. Besides who gives you the authority to change my plan without my request.
Beyond everything a senior official in the company has given me (Mr. Arun Prakash) had commited on the reversal and has ever since been missing. However the presence of such a person in the organisation has been validated time and again by call centre executives.
I am a customer of yours for the last 6 years. Please reverse the charges or am taking up the matter with consumer court.
