Unprofessional Practice of Cutting customer's prepaid balance without the knowledge their knowledge

Dear Ma'am/Sir
I have noticed that Airtel is deducting the balance of their prepaid customers keeping the customer in dark. I personally have caught them 3 times doing this ill-practices. when we intimate them for this, they instead of accepting their mistakes rather blame the customer.
If a customer remembers his last balance, only then he is able to caught this practice. I don't know how many times they has deducted my money without getting noticed. I want to say that, when a customer trust them, for being truly professional, they follow this ill-practices.
I don't know how many customer, who trust them blindly are still in dark about this ill-practices.
I want you to look into this matter.
