Sudden Deactivation of my 9789884138

My Airtel No. 9789884138 was activated in December for 3 years validity (999 days) for Rs. 180.00 . My cousin was using this no. and he was abroad for past 3 months. Now he's back and finds the no. deactivated. When I call 198, they give irresponsible reply that a new SIM has been generated with this no. They are not allowed to do this since it is a 3 year valid sim. Airtel always cheats subscribers in one way or other.

My brothers business got stuck and is facing a great loss due to the no. deactivation. Airtel should compensate all losses caused because of the irresponsible act.
