Network Problem due to tower owne

Dear sir,

My whole village (village-Luhawad tehsil-Piplda distt - Kota Rajasthan) is an Airtel consumer bt we have network problem. Network problem is due to owner (farmer) of tower. In village we don't have sufficient light bt Thanks to Airtel so that it provide generator bt owner uses generator for his own purposes not for tower and we have network problem.

Sir i request u to solve our problem and expecting it to solve it as fast as possible otherwise we have to move away from hamara chaheta airtel.
