Cheating consumers

Sir, i am holding a prepaid card service with airtel. they have now started a new way of earning income and that is by cheating or rather defrauding their customers. The modus operande is as follows

1]the airtel co calls on the cell of the subscriber . and gives a missed call, as soon as you call back to find out who is calling an amt of the prepaid is deducted for subcribing to the option . is this not an illegal way of collecting revenue . i hav been cheated today. my mob no is 9867423750. an urgent solution to this problem, by me getting a refund and these calls stopping will be much appreciated.
