Proxy activation of hello tune

Dear,

I am curently using the mobile no:9938890068. I have not activated the caller tune services but I have charged the Rs. 10.00 for caller Tune servilce. This is the wrong way of Selling of airtel comercial Products. I want to deactivate the caller tune service and I want my money back. And I also want to stop the unauthorised advertising calls of the service provided company. So do the needful.
