Set up Ring Tone

Sir,

My family member have two Airtel Prepaid connection with number 9971300124 (Prabha Papney, Wife) and 9910821876 (Prem Chand, Father). Unnecessarily Ring Tone has been set up in these two connections and deducted concern amount. No one ask us to set this Ring Tone. When we try to contact customer care by 121 it won't allow us to move forward to discuss with Customer care executive. We are using this number for official propose and we are getting warning from our Manager for these Ring Tone.

Could you please look into our problem and refund our deducted amount.
