Caller tone activated without permission

They have activated the caller ringtone without asking me and deducted all charges regarding this. I m surprised to note how this is happening and company is not taking any action for such harrasment to the customers. Plz. cancel this caller tone from my phone and return the deducted money from my balance otherwise I will go in consumer forum and lodge a complaint against your company.
