NO REFUND OF MY BALANCE

Hi

My mobile no:9940414358, i called to my friend mobile and i did not got any ring, voice from my friend mobile. In my mobile my call duration is 19secs and call amount .75Rs debit from my balance. I registered a complaint (0730005421) in airtel customer care, but airtel supervisor and customer care executive did not give proper respone to my complaint. I already sent mail to airtel nodal officer. Please take action aganist airtel.
