Alleged invalid document

I got Airtel moile prepaid connection in May having mobile no. 9955358643, and have now received a sms ststing that I need to submit the documents in the nearest dist. without writing the date of activation in the form.

It is strange as I had submitted all the relevant documents (including Driving Lisence & photographs), and I am receiving such meesage after 3 years of getting connection. Please let me know what the matter is
