Dear sir/madam

I'm forced to write this letter because, In my place (sreekaryam) airtel has very low signal strength.

whenever i enterd in to my house, phone shows that emergency call only. To make a call or receive. I have to go outside the house. This problem not only for me but also have other people those who use airtel connection in that area. I have complant about this on coustemer care but they dont do anything. They give me a request referane number that is (0801122555). So please do the necessary steps to overcome the problem. I hope that the company will solve the problem immediatly. Please rplay further any enquiry.
