Network issue

Hi,

i am ganesh.. residing in tambaram.. my no is 9789961583.. for the past few months, sometimes i get my friend's forward 10times.. if a single sms is sent from the sender it comes to me as min 5 msgs.. i dunno why its happening..

i contacted the customer support and they are telling like the issue is with my mobile phone samsung star.. i even changed my mobile and saw that, it do happens.. i dunno what to do.. really sucking my mobile storage and network..

regarding the hellotunes too i wish airtel to have an online portal where the customers can upload their songs and choose it.. because many of the top songs from old films not available in their database..
