Activation of value added services without information and deduction of amount for that service without customer's confirmation

I want to register this complaint against Airtel. I have prepaid airtel connection on my mobile. Since last 3 months I am getting promotional calls from airtel. It happened three times that after receiving such calls some value added service gets activated on my mobile and amount for that service gets deducted in advance from my account. I called up Airtel customer care and they mentioned that it will not happen next time. The reference # for complaint was CLAWC20925533530. But, today I got an SMS saying you have been charged Rs 15 for 15 days for hello tune service. I called up Airtel complaint number (198) and they infomed that after receiving the promotional call at 1 pm in the afternoon, this service got activated and money has been deducted. I asked them to register another complaint. The ref no. is 92621856400.

My concern is I have been made to pay for a service which I have never asked for by simply sending the promotional calls and when I receive the calls, service like hello tune gets activated. This is clearly harrasment to me and I am sure Airtel is making money like this from other customers.
