No refund of money

I Nitesh, activated new airtel sim on 16th sep 2010.on 20 sep, i was unfortunately charged rs.30 by airtel, on contacting customer care, i was informed that i have been charged the amount for activating airtel radio offer, which i haven't subscribed, i informed about this to the customer care member, in reply he said me that i activated this offer on sep 16, it should be taken in account that my sim was activated only on sep 16 2010. in reply he assured that the amount would be refunded in 24 hours, but the amount was not refunded even in the next 48 hrs, from 20 sep 2010 to 28 sep i contacted the customer care member 10 times, but their was no amount refunded, so kindly take action against this.i would be faithfull to you in the case i get my amount refunded.thank you!
