Not refund amount

Sir,

That mobile service providers is somoot accativeted Yoga Baba Ramdev Pack and Deduct Rs. 10/- per day hence I compliant to Airtel on 4/10 and before this date two – three time, then customer cair executive told me that Raba Ramdev pack is activate on our fault and we refund deduct amount and stop said pack but on 5/102010 I received one massage that said pack has been stopped but Airtel not refund deduct amount plies help me.
