NO REFUND NO DISCONNECTION OF LANDLINE NO 01145524416

This is a complaint against airtel and its customer care exe... i had a fixed landline and internet connection from airtel... after i got married..i wished to disconnect it... on 13 april 10 i wrote to them for the same... after app 4 mnths they disconn my internet but continued with fixed landline connection... i m still emailing them... out of the refund due they r deducting every month a clip charge and hence reducing my refund due... their exe says my landline is still on... dont know why?

dont know when will get rid of airtel/
