Deduction of amount from main balance without any intimation message

Sir/madam,

i am using airtel prepaid service since my number is 09866843425, they have charged for messgaes i sent to my friends on 17/10/10 i.e vijayadashami a festival day. they have not intimated to me and sudden reduction of my balance from my main balance account. note:- i have already subscribed to SMS pack of worth 77 per month it gives around 10000 local/std messages. this is not a first time that airtel was doing like this it repeats from last year and please take a necessary action and i hope this will not repeat to any customer.
