Message not being received for2-3weeks

For the past 2-3 weeks, I am not receiving any message, I am able to send the msgs alone. i have contacted the customer care center on26.10.2010 (Tuesday), where they told me, that they will rectify the problem within 48 hrs but still I am having the same problem. Kindly look into my problem seriously.
