Alance deducted

Hello sir

yesterday, on date (8/11/10), i receive a call and they are asking about recharge of hello tune service on my phone, i have replied no and then also amount of Rs 215/- get deducted from my phone automatically. How can the airtel deduct balance from the phone without customer permission.my complaint reference no.is CHTWC 21108528744. When i call customer care, they give arguments and don't response. Please look into matter and credit my account by same amount as soon as possible
