Hello tune got renewed

Dear Airtel,

My hello tune has got renewed inspite of making all efoorts to stop it. I ahve been calling customer care but the response is so BAD that i have lost patience. if this is the way you are doin business then its sad to say that you people are simply cheating on innocent people. I AM VERY VERY DISAAPOINTED AND UNHAPPY WITH AIRTEL . Nobody seems to be BOTHERED ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. The guys sitting at your call centre simply fooling you. They are hardy bothered to respond properly to customers.
